2. Services Description

Aquatic Poolscapes provides pool renovation, remodeling, repair, and professional pool inspection services in Broward, Palm Beach & Miami-Dade Counties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Pool renovation and remodeling
• Pool equipment installation and repair
• Tile, coping, and deck work
• Pool resurfacing and replastering
• Professional pool inspections (residential and commercial)
• 18-point pool system evaluations
• Written inspection reports with photographs

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on initial assessments and are subject to change upon further inspection or discovery of underlying conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before any work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project scope changes are requested by the client.

4. Scheduling and Availability

Service appointments and project timelines are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates and times. Scheduling is confirmed upon written acknowledgment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur late fees

6. Inspections

Pool inspections are visual, non-invasive assessments of accessible pool components. Inspection reports are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and are not a warranty or guarantee of future performance. Inspections do not include destructive testing, disassembly of equipment, or assessment of concealed conditions. The 18-point inspection covers key pool components and systems that are reasonably accessible at the time of inspection.

7. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by service and product. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing for each project. Standard workmanship warranties cover the quality of our labor. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment and materials separately. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the specified warranty period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquatic Poolscapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and pool
• Ensuring reasonable access to the pool area for inspections and work
• Securing any required permits (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
• Informing us of known issues or hazards
• Obtaining HOA or community approvals if applicable

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Aquatic Poolscapes and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
